i just finished watching the movie HEAVEN IS FOR REAL,

and there's something i want to show you.

i read the book a while ago and just now

found the movie as a rental and watched it.
the top photo was featured in the book.

 it was done by an

 8 yr. old girl named akiane who

says she has had spiritual encounters with jesus.
this is what she says he looks like.

the second photo is my brother.

the resemblance between these two photos is uncanny if you ask me.
(right down to the chest hair poking up outta their shirts).    :  )

the compassion in both of their eyes

is what i really love.
my brother todd is a goodhearted,
compassionate man.

i'm not for one minute saying i think
my brother is jesus's twin oh no, no, no~that would just be wrong,
(right todd?) 
but isn't the resemblance cool?

every once in a while it's good to remind ourselves :
do not be forgetful, lest we be entertaining angels unaware.
